What training looks like

Sessions run throughout the week — mornings, evenings and weekends — with a mix of:

  • Strength & conditioning

  • Functional fitness

  • Outdoor and farm-based training

Most members train 2–4 times per week, and sessions last 50 minutes.

You don’t need to be fit to start — you get fitter by showing up.
