4. Are sessions suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. All fitness levels are welcome. Our workouts are scalable and led by expert coaches who tailor exercises to your ability. Many members start with the Kickstart programme so they begin with confidence and structure.

5. Where do you train and what should I bring?

All sessions take place at Church Farm in Winsley, between Bradford-on‑Avon and Bath. Expect workouts in a scenic outdoor farm environment.

Bring suitable trainers, water, towel, and dress for the weather—our sessions are outdoors (or in a barn), in all seasons.

6. How long before I see results?

Many members on the 30‑Day Kickstart begin noticing strength and energy improvements within 2–4 weeks, thanks to structured training, goal-setting and nutrition support. After the programme, continue momentum via one of our monthly memberships.

Just remember, consistency is key!
